The Blind Side by Michael Lewis

The Blind Side the book is not The Blind Side the movie. If you are a football nut then you will love the book. Lewis covers the history of footballs' changing strategy with the arrival of bigger, heavier, faster players. There are chapters in between that tell you the story of Michael Oher and how the Touhy family invited him to become a part of their family, a real Cinderella story. This reader had a difficult time with the football parts but it is worth the time if you are interested in Michael's rags to riches story. Sandy Penton
